This Policy, together with the Cargo Mate Software License Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or discussions, whether oral or written.
This Policy may only be amended by a written instrument signed by an authorized representative of Licensor. Licensor reserves the right to modify this Policy for future versions of the Software.
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
No waiver of any term is deemed a waiver of any other term, nor is any waiver a continuing waiver unless expressly provided.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate Your rights or obligations under this Policy without Licensor's prior written consent. Licensor may freely assign this Policy. Any attempted assignment in violation is void.
The parties are independent contractors. This Policy does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or similar relationship.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
